The Head Teacher is the principal leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school, including academic, administrative, and financial matters. This role ensures that the school maintains high standards in teaching, learning, and student welfare.
A dedicated administrative leader responsible for managing school resources, staff coordination, and maintaining operational excellence. His strategic oversight ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

This includes overseeing the preparation of exam schedules, ensuring proper conduct during exams, managing exam results, and handling any issues related to assessments.
Entebbe Secondary School is one of the leading institutions of learning in Uganda. The core mission of the school is to provide quality education, holistic development, and mentorship, as outlined in its vision: "A center of academic and moral excellence." The contributions of various school departments and units, such as the Headmaster's Office, Academic Registrar, Directorate of Human Resources, Finance Department, the Dean of Students' Office, IT Department, and all subject departments, have played a pivotal role in the school's progress. Their participation and commitment have enhanced the school's policy of a collaborative, bottom-up approach to development.
